He is survived by: his sons, Jason Scott Lewis (Angie) of Bedford and Christopher Lewis of Oolitic; his grandchildren, Emily Miller, Jacey Lewis, Gary Lewis, Melissa Lewis, Sadie Sasser and Jarod Lewis; his great grandchildren, Reese Scott Payton and Elijah Travis Lewis; and his brother Phillip Lewis (Trish) of Mitchell. He is also survived by three nieces.
