He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Edward and Lora Gertrude Jones (Shackelford); his son-in-law Howard Ostmann; and his sister Hazel Johnson. He is survived by: his spouse Wahnemia "Suzie" Jones; his children, Julie Lynn Jones-Ostmann of Chardon, Tanya Sue Stromme (Jerry) of Orleans, IN, Drew Jones (Kristi) of Columbus and Brian Edward Jones (Dawn) of Muncie, IN; and his siblings, Michael Allen Jones of Florida, Cecil Leroy Raines of Indianapolis and Vilas "Bibi" King of Orleans. He is also survived by three grandchildren; four great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
