He was predeceased by: his parents, William Blanton and Mary Blanton (Grissom); and his brothers, Carl Blanton and Gene Grissom. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Blanton (Briscoe) of Orleans; his daughters, Maryanah "Tooter" (Tim) of Orleans and Kate Tolbert (Sam) of Mitchell; his grandchildren, Cole Gray, Bailey Hopkins, Wyatt Campbell and Wil Tolbert; his great grandchildren, Payson Hopkins and Cohen Hickman; and his siblings, Genvea Morris, Peggy McNeely and John Blanton.
Memorial contribution may be made to Ochs-Tetrick Funeral Home to assist with cremation expenses.
