He was predeceased by: his parents, Davie A. Fox and Locia E. Fox (Proffitt); his son David W. Fox; his grandson Daniel B. Allbright; and his siblings, Hobart, Hughie, Eugene, Edward Fox, Ruby, Viola, Geraldine, Bernice and Nina.
He is survived by: his spouse Billie J. Allen; his daughters, Carla Miller (Rodney) of Washington and Debra L. Prewitt Paoli of Indiana; his grandchildren, Ryan Miller (Jamie), Elisha Dewig, Tricia Russell (Curtis), David Allbright (Jacob), Kaitlynn Prewitt and Tylar Prewitt; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Brody, Henry and Clara.
