He was predeceased by: his parents, Murl Lybarger and June Lybarger (Steiner); his son Kenyon Lybarger; and his friend Kenyon Andrews (Sonny). He is survived by: his wife Norma Lybarger (Hamrick); his children, Todd Lybarger (Amy), Mark Lybarger (Kelly) and Cindy Ogden (Bill); his daughter-in-law Diana Lybarger; and his grandchildren, Natalie Cullip, Loren Lybarger, Kayli Hensley, Zacheray Lybarger, Lance Lybarger, Abbigail Stouffer and Lindsay Lybarger.
He was a member of the North Manchester Community Foundation from 1977 to 1994 and served as president of North Manchester Chamber of Commerce until 1984.
