She is survived by: her husband Herman Smith; her sons, Herman Thomas Smith (Shirley) of New Carlisle and William Lowell Smith (Cindy) of Advance; and her grandchildren, Courtney Smith of Valparaiso, Caitlin Smith of Greeley and Lora Smith of Charlotte.
