She is survived by: her husband Jack Slezak; her daughters, Karyl Hampton and Andrea Sylvester; her siblings, Roseline Bray, Mary B Dropla, Josephine Butler, Joseph Butler and Nathan Butler; her son Michael Craig; her son-in-law Danny Hampton; and her grandchildren, Kerry Hampton, Kelly Cope, Jessica Branz and Brett Craig. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, great great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
