He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Bumbales; his parents, Stanley L. Bumbales and Helen Bumbales; and his brothers, Stanley R. Bumbales and Joseph Bumbales.
He is survived by: his children, Nicholas Bumbales (Cristine) of Saint Charles, IL and Amy Otten (Dennis) of Fishers, IN; his grandchildren, Taylor Ramos, Emily Otten and Matthew Otten; and his siblings, Donna Jean Bumbales and Kenneth Bumbales. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces and cousins.
