He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenwood Earle and Thelma Ramsey, Sr.; his wife Patricia Maxine Shubert; his children, Claudia Pickett (Robert), Rebekah Herron, Rachel Frownfelter (Brian), Kenwood Ramsey, III (Jodi) and Samuel Ramsey; his grandchildren, Bobby Pickett (Morganne), Rebekah Pickett, Kaitlyn Whitaker (Brent), Jonathan Herron (Kendra), Jacob Frownfelter, Ben Frownfelter, Kenwood Earle Ramsey, IV, Wesley Koonce and Sarah Ramsey; his sisters, Peggy Roberts and Donna Heine; and his family Kenwood.
