He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Barker and Mary Jane Bell (Krebs); his brother Wallace Richard Bell; and his brother-in-law William Alcock. He is survived by: his wife Alice Bell; his siblings, Eva Bell-Miller, Robert David Bell (Rebecca), Ralph Laird Bell and Margret Edith Bell-Johnston (Don); and his sister-in-law Lonna Alcock.
