She was predeceased by: her husband Howard "Pete" Peterson; her parents, Mabel Saxe (Ross) and Ewald Saxe; her siblings, Beverly, Gail and Leroy "Bud"; and her grandchild Thomas Stitt.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Stitt (Larry) of Noblesville, Tim Peterson (Karen) of Carmel, Celeste Stiller (Mick) of Noblesville, Bart Peterson (Amy) of Indianapolis and Sandy Faust-Mesropian (Chuck) of West Chester, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren.
