He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Green; his former wife LaVerne Green; his brother James Green; his stepdaughter Linda Wysong; and his grandsons, Timothy and Benjamin Wysong.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene; his children, Thomas Green (Libby) of Delaware, Daniel Green (Janet) of Fort Wayne and Jan Green (John Piper) of Lowell; his stepdaughter Debra Johnston (John) of North Carolina; his sister Barbara Bruick (Richard) of Angola; and his grandchildren, Amanda, Rachel, Christopher, Ross, Crystal and Desiree. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
