He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen E. Weltner and Ruth L. Weltner (Moore); his daughter Lisa Marie Ort; and his siblings, Jean Hayden and Dale Weltner.
He is survived by: his former wife Mary Louise Paulchek; his wife Mary Weltner of New Haven; his children, Lori Weltner of Fort Wayne and Scott Weltner of Argyl, Texas.; his grandsons, Steven Sheron and Christopher Kuchta; and his son-in-law Mike Ort of Fort Wayne.
Memorial donations may be made to St. John The Baptist Church or Wounded Warriors.
