He is survived by: his children, Brooke Kinney of New Haven, Paige of New Haven, Ernie Kinney (Heather) of Monroeville and DeAnna Kinney-Smith (Thomas) of Fort Wayne; and his siblings, Robert (Vangie), Darrell, Mark, Jeff Kinney (Dolly Hart) and Sherry Ungemach (Dan). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
