It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Bischoff of New Haven, Indiana, born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on January 24, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Culver and Gertrude Culver (James); and her husband George Bischoff. She is survived by: her children, Mike Bischoff of New Haven, Kathy Bischoff Talman of Clifton, VA and Mark Bischoff of Clio, MI. She is also survived by ten grandchildren.

Preferred memorials are to the New Haven United Methodist Church, Indiana.
