She was predeceased by: her parents, John Pletcher and Lucy Pletcher (Phillips); and her stepson Wayne Frock. She is survived by: her husband Robert Frock; her children, Dale Parker (Freda) of Columbia City, Barbara Ferguson of New Haven and David Parker (Gayle) of Tennessee; and her brothers, John Pletcher (Donna) of Avon Park, FL and Emmett Pletcher (Marilyn) of South Whitley. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
