She was predeceased by: her parents, Czerny Swigart and Margaret Swigart (Stunkard); her husband Delmar Okuly; and her siblings, Irvin, Ralph, Walter, Charles, Glen Swigart, Helen Gidding, Bessie Lewis and Olive Isenhour.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Yonkers, Deborah Foreman, Pamela Fetro (Mark), Rosetta and Calvin Jones. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
