He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel L. Stone and J. Inez Stone; his significant other Jane L. Purcell; and his siblings, Gene, Fred, Howard and Lucille Elkins.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cathy Stone and Sharon Ragan (James); and his grandchildren, Sarah, James "Chip", Jason, Troy, Michelle, Jimmy, Cathy, Tracy and Rachel. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Donations in Louie's memory may be made to St. Joe Community Church, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or Donor's Choice.
