He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hockemeyer and Hannah Hockemeyer (Koppenhofer); his wife Julaine Hockemeyer; and his brother Marvin Hockemeyer. He is survived by: his children, Lori Conrad (Tony) of Decatur, Indiana, Dawn Herman (Steve) of New Haven, Indiana and Todd Hockemeyer (Tami) of New Haven, Indiana; his grandchildren, Logan Schieferstein (Tate), Shelby Schieferstein-Wenger (Sean), Hailey Murray (Dustin), Madison Derickson (Seth), Anthony Schieferstein, Natasha Schieferstein, Hannah Lengerich (Matt), Victoria Hockemeyer and Kathryn Hockemeyer; and his great grandchildren, Ronan, Regaen, Brantley, Isabelle, Kade, Ryker, Makenna, Addison, Lennox, Brynley and Owen.
Preferred memorials are to Emanuel Lutheran Church, Worship Anew or Donor's Choice.
