He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Protsman and Clara "Lucy" Protsman (Anderson); and his brothers, Robert, Ralph and Danny Protsman.

He is survived by: his siblings, Bill Protsman (Judie) of Fort Wayne, Mary Davis (John) of Fort Wayne, Diane Doak of Sidney and Debbie Russell (Michael) of Piqua, Ohio..

Masks and social distancing protocol required.

In lieu of flowers preferred memorials are to Shepherd's House.
