She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Bearman and Esther Bearman (Hoffman); her husband Ned Hook; her son Jeffery Springer; her granddaughter Jennifer Dickerhoff; her son-in-law David Dickerhoff; her brothers, Paul, Carl and Ralph Bearman; her stepson Michael Hook (Diane); and her stepgreat-granddaughter Cassandra Hook.
She is survived by: her sister Marcille Karbach (Don); her children, Donna Cooper of Fremont, Kathlyn Dickerhoff of Columbia City, Connie Klotz of Fort Wayne, Angela Moeller (Steven) of New Haven and Jay Springer (Kirsten) of Indianapolis; and her stepchildren, Tom Hook (Molly) of Fremont, Sue Gray (Ernie), Nedrey Hook and Bob Hook (Kathy) of New Haven. She is also survived by grandchildren and step grandchildren, and cherished great-grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
