She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Pettit and Nellie Pettit; and her sister Barb Whitfield. She is survived by: her boyfriend Wilbert Shelby of Fort Wayne; her children, Dakota Contreras (Victor) of Berne, IN and Carl Haus (Rhonda Blazer-Haus) of Fort Wayne; and her siblings, Artus Folck of New Haven, IN, Peggy Cole (Larry) of Fort Wayne, Donald Pettit of New Haven, IN and Daniel Pettit of New Haven, IN.. She is also survived by five grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
