He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Franklin and Mary Lou Franklin (Jones); and his wife Tammy Franklin. He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Rorick (Jared) and Suzanne Brooks; his siblings, Sheryl Longardner, Lisa Jones (Pat), Karen Bowling (Robert), Darren Franklin and Denny Franklin; and his grandchildren, Layne, Lucas Brooks, Stella and Adalyn Rorick.
