He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester "Doc" and Inez Zehr (Null); his daughter Bonnie Marie Zehr; and his siblings, Lester Zehr, Jr. and Betty E. Herberger (Zehr).
He is survived by: his wife Diane Marie (Coonrod); his daughters, Connie Marie Zehr and Susan Marie Hille (Zehr); and his granddaughters, Amanda Marie Hille and Christi Marie Hille. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
