She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Doak and Carol Doak (Hemminger); and her brothers, Dan and Pete Doak. She is survived by: her daughter Monica Roth (Brandon Eagleson); her siblings, Tim (Christine), Ed (Pamm), Paul (Cheryl), Phil (Patty), Marty (Lynn), Andy (Julie), Christian Doak (Dawn), Tess Burks, Rita Brockhouse (Dave) and Angie Derloshon (Dave); and her grandchildren, Natalie, Jayden Roth, Madison and Brayden Eagleson.
