He was predeceased by: his wife Nellie Turner Cox; and his siblings, Harold, Gerald, William Cox, Helen Winiger and Jane Giles.
He is survived by: his children, Dan Cox (Suzy) of Evansville, Jim Cox of Evansville, Pamela Ho (Dung) of Evansville and Patricia Wilson of Paducah; and his siblings, Betty Williams of New Harmony, Jean Rhodermund of Houston and Don Cox of Foley, Alabama. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
