She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrison Garrett and Virgie Garrett (Haggard); her husband James D. Wiley; her siblings, Gordon Garrett and Joan Hunckler; and her brother-in-law Larry York.
She is survived by: her children, Tracy Burks (Rick), Tim Wiley (Leigh) and Todd Wiley (Angela); her grandchildren, Jennifer Kolley (Jason), Shawn Burks, Anne Marie Seymour (Rusty), Joshua Gish, Nathan Wiley, Nickolas Wiley and Jacob Wiley; her great grandchildren, Hannah Kolley, Madison Gish, Peyton and Ryder Seymour; her siblings, Virginia Lloyd (Ric) and Alan Racine (Donna); and her sister-in-law Marionette Blood. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
