She was predeceased by: her son Chris Osborne; and her sister Betty Gochenour Blood. She is survived by: her husband Terry Ray Osborne; and her son David B. Osborne of Mt. Vernon, Indiana. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren along with nieces and nephews.
