He is survived by: his mother Patricia Shireman (Weathers) of Austin, Indiana; his children, Danielle Carroll of Clarksville, Indiana, Steven Shireman II of New Albany, Indiana and Michael Shireman of New Albany, Indiana; his brothers, Martin Shireman (Sherry) of Seymour and Richard "Rick" Shireman of Scottsburg, Indiana; his aunt Nyla Sue Moore; his uncles, Billie Shireman and Warren W. Weathers; his brother-in-law Scott Sveum of Dixon, Missouri; his grandchildren, Lil Michael, Trevor, Allie, Kayleigh and Shania; and his great grandchildren, Evelynn Rose Carroll and Ezrah Jane Crowder. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
