He was predeceased by: his parents, Beulah Voss and Ralph Voss Sr.; his wife Martha Rector Voss; his children, Michael Voss and Judith Ann Voss; and his siblings, Carl Voss, Marylou Crone and Thelma Lee Long.
He is survived by: his son William "Bill" Voss; his brother Thomas "Tommy" Voss (Jean); his granddaughter Micha Voss-Land; his great grandchild Adrianne Land; and his great great grandchild Alex Land.
