She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Best and Gladys Best; her husband Rondal Odell Thompson; and her grandson Evan Lee Allen. She is survived by: her children, Rondal Thompson Jr. (Sharon), Lyndell Thompson (Paula) and Martha Allen; her grandchildren, Stephen Thompson, Linda Kelly (Rob) and Jennifer Kepley (Noah); her brother James Best (Thelma); and her nephew Andy Best.
