We are sad to announce that on January 24, 2024, at the age of 85, John Taylor Sr. (New Albany, Indiana), born in Lancaster, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hayes Taylor and Clara Taylor (Smiley); and his siblings, Henry, Thelma, Lula, William, Hanley and Vivian.

He is survived by: his children, Jennifer S. Ledbetter (Alan) and John E. Taylor, II; his grandchildren, John, Taylor (Jackie), Jaxon H. Taylor and Shane Taylor Ledbetter; his great grandchildren, Makenna, Landry and Paxton Taylor; and his sister-in-law Beth Taylor. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
