She was predeceased by: her son James Joseph "Jimmy" Mann III; the father of her children James Mann, Jr.; and her husband Jack Jacobs. She is survived by: her children, Sherry Korte (Pudge) of Jeffersonville, Jeff Mann (Lisa) of Clarksville, Chris Mann (Teresa) of Charlotte, NC and Brad Mann (Tatiana) of Atlanta, GA; her brother Donald Courte; and her grandchildren, J. J. Mann (Sarah Truman), Bowen Mann, Kelyn Mann (Laura), Courtney Budd (Gary), Jaclyn Mann, Dylan Mann, Kailey Mann and Kaitlyn Mann.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to The Salvation Army, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, or St. Anthony's of Padua Catholic Church in Jo's honor.
