He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Harrell and Donna Troncin (Vest). He is survived by: his siblings, Jody Kramer (William), Tim Black (Judith) and Charlie Troncin (Christina); his cousin Bobbie Nelson (Jay); and also Ramsi Kamar. He is also survived by five nieces, two nephews.

Contributions in his memory may be made to the Floyd County Token Club (506 Pearl Street, New Albany, IN 47150).
