He is survived by: his children, Steven and Donae Cook; his siblings, Danny Funkhouser, Billy Spangler, Victoria Sloan and Teresa Marquis; and his grandchildren, Jakeb Spangler, Trentligh Spangler, Alonna Brown-Spangler, LaShelle Spangler, Leilani Laporte-Spangler, John Laporte-Spangler, Micheal J. Sours-Spangler, Ciara Freeman and Travis Freeman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
