Phyllis L. Cadwallader Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 12, 2021, at the age of 87, Phyllis L. Cadwallader of Monticello, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phyllis L. Cadwallader to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Viney and Donna Viney (Carson); her close friend Calvin Laffoon; her son Donald "Brad" Cadwallander; her siblings, Norma Cauble, Lois Turner, Roger, Max, Floyd and Lloyd Viney; and her grandchildren, Andrea Leon and Adam Cadwallader.
She is survived by: her children, Tabby Kohley (Ed) of Monticello, Melissa Downey (Shawn) of Monticello, Tanya Hardebeck (Ken) of Monticello and Dennis Cadwallader (Karla) of Clarks Hill; her daughter-in-law Cheryl Cadwallader of Lafayette; her siblings, Sheriel Weaver of Idaville and Nancy Norman of Monon; her grandchildren, Amy Bradley (Josh), Bradley Cadwallader, Aaron Cadwallader (Kristy), L. B. Cadwallader, Josh Lank (Bambi), Timmy Lank (Brandi), Nathan Kohley (Jessica), Mitchell Kohley (Keanna), Zachary Mummert (Casey), Alex Mummert (Rhiannon), Ty Reagan (Paige), Zoey Downey, Madison Hurst (Allen) and Draya "Addy" Hurst; her grandson-in-law Matt Leon; and her close friend Faye Lanham of Taxwell, TN.. She is also survived by 22 great grandchildren.
Due to ongoing Covid-19 concerns, the family requests that everyone in attendance wear a mask inside.
