She is survived by: her children, Richard L. "Rick" Moore (Deb) of Logansport and Susan K. Mayhill (David) of Reynolds, Indiana; her grandchildren, Jackie Mayhill, Chad Mayhill, Heidi Melin, Ben Moore, Brad Moore, Alec Smith, Holly Smith, Emily Brown and Sixteen; her great grandchildren, Ethan, Alexis, Darren, Brooklyn, Kyler, Kadence, Arianna, Emily, Annabel, Leo, Xavier, Thorin, Harper, Katie Grace, Rosalee and Quentin; and her siblings, Richard L. Williams of Jacksonville and Pauline Kay Filgo (Rob) of Dublin. She is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, Great Nephews, Cousins.

Memorials may be given to the Augusta Cottage of Monticello Healthcare Center of Monticello, Indiana.
