She is survived by: her sister Sara Lou Puterbaugh; her children, Janice Crutchfield (Randy) and Robert Guy (Gina); her grandchildren, Corey Crutchfield (Lisa), Jamie Crutchfield, Nick Crutchfield (Izzy Huaracha), Erin Hay (Andrew), Madison Miller (Zachary), Kole Young (Ashleigh) and Jonni Goodman (Michael Augustyn); and her great grandchildren, Kaleb (Andrea), Kaylee, Carter, Makenzie, Gwen, Warren, Thea, Palmer, Ford, Callie, Ellie and Karson. She is also survived by her family, her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
