She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Cole Booze (Shelby), Brynn Booze of Kokomo, IN and Deborah Mathews (Ryan); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Avery, Gabriel Mathews of Pleasant Hill, IA and Christina Bohling Lang (Karl); her close friends, Susan Good (Marvin), Patsy Roach and Carrol Roach of Denver, NC.; and also, Brianna Bohling Hall of Monticello, IN, Melanie Green (Ken), Macy of Monticello and Kyle Green of Monticello.

Memorial contributions may be made to Twin Lakes High School Band or the Community Foundation of White County with Judith Booze in the memo.
