He was predeceased by: his mother Norma Jean "Pat" Kelley; his stepfather Lloyd "Bud" Kelley; his father Donald L. Jarrard; and his sisters, Brenda and Angie Rose.
He is survived by: his siblings, David Jarrard of Lafayette, Jackie Jarrard of Lafayette, Mark Kelley (Jo Ellen) of Monticello, Julie Jarrard of Lafayette and Jeff Jarrard (DyAnna) of Logansport; and his brother-in-law Paul Rose of Monticello. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
