He is survived by: his wife Judith K. "Judy" Chadd of Monticello, Indiana; his children, Jeff Bird of Monticello, Susie Chadd of Monticello and Charles "Chuck" Chadd, Jr. of Lafayette, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Timi, Cole and Ridge.
