She is survived by: her daughters, Tara Fork (Kirk Joyner) of Cutler and Jenna Paige Fork of Monticello, Indiana; her grandchildren, Haleigh, Aleigha, Carter and Evelyn "Evie"; her mother Mavis Gray of Monticello, Indiana; and her sisters, Patricia L. "Pat" Wood (Jim) of Monticello, Debra L. Riggin (Kelly) of Beaver Creek and Cynthia S. Hall of Monticello, Indiana. She is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, Great Nephews, Cousins.
