He is survived by: his parents, Nina M. Simpson and Matthew Baker of Monticello, Indiana; his sisters, Autumn of Monticello, Indiana and Syndel of Monticello, Indiana; his grandparents, Tammy Abeyta (Monroe McDaniel) of North Judson, Indiana, Kenneth Abeyta of Colorado, Don and Chris Baker of Frankfort, Indiana; his aunts and uncles, Dustin Baker, Thomas Morgan, Talissa Morgan, Sean Lewis and Austin Abeyta; his great-grandparents, Larry and Deloris Morgan; and his great-aunt Melody Davenport.
