He is survived by: his spouse Cindy Foreman (Hoffman); his son Dennis Hain of Decatur; his stepson Jess Foreman (Wendi) of Monroe; his daughter Lora Hain of Mahomet, Illinois; his sisters, Kathy Dayton of South Whitley and Terri Mawhinney (Joe) of San Diego, California; his mother-in-law Shirley Hoffman of Decatur; his siblings-in-law, Milt Hoffman (Lesley), Diane Murphy (Randy) and Cheryl Spaulding (Greg); his grandchildren, Jessica, Melissa, Joseph, Caleb Hain, Grant Small and Aidan Foreman; and his great grandchild Thea.
