She was predeceased by: her parents, S. Nimrod McCullough and Edith McCullough (Place); her spouse Kerwin Chapman; and her siblings, Gerald, Charles "Chuck" McCullough and Susan A. Norton.
She is survived by: her daughter Susie Myers (Lynn) of Monroe, IN; her brother Richard McCullough of Rockford, OH; her grandchildren, Mindy Fruechte (Craig) of Decatur, IN, Katie Fisher (Paul) of Monroe, IN and Carley Myers of Memphis, TN; and her great grandchildren, Mason, Brielle, John and Della. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
