He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Curtis and Verda Curtis (Cornwall); and his wife Becky. He is survived by: his children, Carrie A. Baker (Cory) of Mishawaka, IN and Curt A. Curtis, Jr. (Arynn) of Kingsland, GA; and his sister Jackie Gerard (Dave) of Arizona. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
