Trudy A. Cox Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 19, 2025, at the age of 81, Trudy A. Cox of Millersburg, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Trudy departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Trudy may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Trudy leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Elkins and Joan C. Elkins (Clevenger); her husband Elmer A. Cox; and her brother Harry L. Elkins. She is survived by: her children, Donald Burris (Kay) of Goshen, IN, Shari A. Burris of Goshen, IN, David Fields of Florida and Melissa Myers of Millersburg, IN. She is also survived by five grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to either St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Kidney Foundation.
