She was predeceased by: her father Frank Begley; her husband Sumner Spiker; and her sister Frances Spiker. She is survived by: her children, Douglas Spiker (Pat) of Middletown, Melissa Spiker-Bunch of Middletown and Stephen Spiker of Middletown; her grandchildren, Douglas Spiker II (LaNette), MaryKatherine Spiker (Sarah), Christian Jennings, Bella Marie Plemons (Patrick) and Ashley Spiker (Dreyvin Swanson); and her great grandchildren, Warren, Vivian Spiker and Theo-Due. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
