She is survived by: her husband Rex Slick; her daughters, Rexann Fattic (James), Susan Smith (Larry), Sandy Painter (Alan "Buck") and Terri Reagan (Terry); her grandchildren, Jessica, Mark, Sarah (Christopher), Bret (Amber), Ben (Dawn), Emily (RJ), Bryce and Kelli (Brian); and her great grandchildren, Trinity, George, Charlotte, Rex, Daphne and Cole.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the Henry County Community Foundation with envelopes available at the funeral home.
