She is survived by: her father Virgil Blevins; her stepmother Brenda Blevins; her sister Annette Patchett (Blevins); her nephews, Elijah Patchett and Xander Patchett; her stepsiblings, Kierston Sumner, Megan Sizelove and Andrew Sumner; her aunt Ramona Bader; and her cousin Robin Bader.
